The Rhys Daniels Trust Wins Non-Profit of the Year at Epping Chamber of Commerce Awards 2025

We are very happy to share some great news. The Rhys Daniels Trust won Non-Profit of the Year 2025 at the Epping Forest Chamber of Commerce Awards. The event took place on 25 November 2025 and it was a special evening for many people.

This awards night was the first one held by the Epping Forest Chamber of Commerce. It brought local businesses, charities, and business leaders together. The aim was simple and that was to celebrate good work happening in the area. The room was full of people who care about the local community and that could be felt.

Celebrating Local Impact and Community Spirit

The awards were set up to recognise organisations that help others or do things well. There were seven award categories on the night. These included Entrepreneur of the Year, Customer Service Excellence, Community Impact, and Non-Profit of the Year. Each category showed a different side of local success.

Nominations were open to Chamber members and also non-members. Businesses and charities could enter up to three categories if they wanted. This meant many different groups could take part. It helped show how much work is being done across Epping Forest, even in quiet ways.

Being chosen as Non-Profit of the Year means a lot to us. It shows that our work is being noticed. It also reflects the support we get from our supporters, volunteers, and partners. Without them, this award would not of happened.

A Memorable Evening

The awards evening itself was a wonderful celebration, bringing together influential local business leaders and community champions. With on-site facilities, light refreshments, and a welcoming atmosphere for both members and non-members, the event created a space for connection, reflection, and shared pride in what the Epping Forest community continues to achieve.

The Chamber also spoke about sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors had their businesses shown during the night. This gave them a chance to support local success while also being seen by local business leaders. It was clear that working together matters.

Thank You

We would like to say thank you to the Epping Forest Chamber of Commerce for creating this event. Thanks also go to the judges and everyone who helped organise the awards evening. A lot of effort clearly went into it.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who supports The Rhys Daniels Trust. This award belongs to you as well. We are proud to carry on our work and keep helping our community in the months and years ahead.
